This notice applies to our customer contacts, supplier contacts, and other individuals whose personal contact details we process during our business. It makes you aware of how and why your personal data will be used. This notice does not form part of any contract and we may update this notice at any time.

THE KIND OF INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU
We may collect, store, and use your personal contact details such as name, title, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses.
Where you are one of our suppliers, we may hold your Unique Taxpayer Reference and address for the purpose of paying sums to HM Revenue & Customs under the Construction Industry Scheme. We may also hold bank details for the purposes of making payments to you.

We collect personal information about you during business, either directly from you, your employer/colleagues or from other business associates.

During business, we may need to use your personal information to contact you and/or to facilitate our business relationship with your employer. It is in our legitimate interests to use your details in this way during business.

WHY MIGHT YOU SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?
Where you are one of our suppliers and are not a corporate body, we may be required to share information about you with HM Revenue & Customs.
DATA SECURITY
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
DATA RETENTION

We will only retain your personal information for 6 years after ceasing to have a business relationship with you or your employer.

We do not have to comply with your request, but we would explain why if we believed we are entitled to refuse.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
In the limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time.
